Background

Kathryn is a Principal of consulting firms Dakin McEwen and CoachPartners. She has held numerous positions on committees of the Australian Psychological Society, including Chair of the South Australian College of Organisational Psychologists. Her expertise was recognised by the Australian Human Resources Institute in 2006 when she was the State finalist for the National Award for Excellence in HR Practice. She was also the leader of a team recognised in 2005 by a Public Service Commissioner’s Award for HR Achievement and was awarded an Augusta Zadow Scholarship in 2011 by SafeWorkSA.
