Coach/Mentor

Kathryn is an experienced coach and mentor and a founding member of the Australian Psychological Society’s (APS) Interest Group in Coaching Psychology. Over the past 15 years she has coached individuals and teams at all levels in organisations and specialises in high-performance and under-performance coaching.

Kathryn is Principal of CoachPartners, a consortium of highly qualified professional coaches who specialise in workplace coaching.

An active professional mentor, Kathryn also provides work placements for post graduate students and is a registered supervisor for membership of the APS College of Organisational Psychologists.

Through her work as a lecturer at University of South Australia, and high profile within the organisational psychology profession, she is frequently sought as a mentor by students and those new to the profession.
